San Francisco’s most iconic residential luxury building, One Rincon Hill, was originally planned to have 2 residential towers. However, as many of us know that plan changed after 2008 financial market crisis. The second tower was refinanced as a residential leasing property by Principle Financial Group and included some of the original developers of ORH Tower 1.
The direction of leasing the properties in the Tower 2 building was short lived and all leasing ended early Q4 2015. A new development group, Maximus & Rockport, purchased the move-in-ready second tower for roughly $410M. You would think most developers would turn-key this property for immediate sales but this new development group is multiple steps ahead of us in terms of being innovative and visionaries to rebrand this entire building.
They have hired a world famous interior decorator Ken Fulk that is going to help rebrand and introduce a whole new look to The Harrison. We can expect new décor, amenities, and ambience that will separate itself from Tower 1, however both buildings offer 1-3 bedroom homes with stunning views.
Sales expected April 2016. Feel free to stay in contact with me if you want the latest information. Matt Finley 415-412-6838 or email me at matt@climbsf.com
